As a wealth advisor, Pat has the primary role of preparing for and delivering advice in client meetings.
Pat’s passion for this profession comes from the opportunity to empower clients to make their own informed financial decisions. His clients can count on him to be a fee-only, true fiduciary: providing clarity and confidence and being a catalyst to get things done. This straightforward approach, coupled with an evidence-driven planning process and investment philosophy, allows Pat to coach clients through good markets and bad to make sure they have actionable strategies to reach their goals.
Pat joined Buckingham Strategic Wealth through its 2023 merger with Oxford Financial Partners, where he had been an advisor since 2010 and a partner since 2017. Pat is a former programs director for the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Southwestern Ohio and has also served on the board for the local chapter of the Miami University Alumni Association.
Pat received his undergraduate degree from Miami with a major in finance and a minor in marketing. He was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) fraternity and pitched for Miami’s nationally ranked club baseball program. Pat obtained his certificate in financial planning at Xavier University and has held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation since 2012.
Pat was born and raised in Delhi on Cincinnati’s west side. He grew up attending Our Lady of Victory Parish, while attending C.O. Harrison, Delhi Junior High, and eventually Oak Hills High School, where he lettered in golf and baseball. Pat and his wife, Marty, and their three children now live in Newtown on Cincinnati’s east side. Along with the Bengals and Reds, he is an avid Notre Dame football and UC basketball fan. In his spare time, you can find him golfing, relaxing with friends and family, and coaching youth sports.
