About Cathy
Cathy understands the power of a long-term financial advisor relationship. She views her role as wealth advisor as having three important parts – comprehensive financial planning, investment management and, most importantly, unwavering guidance.
For Cathy, the ideal relationship begins by working with her clients to identify their goals and create an investment strategy based on their risk tolerance. She then puts together a road map to monitor the progress and help them stay on track. Along the way, she reevaluates their plans when life inevitably brings changes and keeps her clients calm through the ups and downs of the markets.
Prior to joining Buckingham Strategic Wealth, Cathy served as a partner and wealth advisor for LifePlan Financial Advisory Group, which she joined in 2003. She received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University, and a certificate in financial planning from Oakland University.
She resides in Lake Orion with her family, and in her spare time, she loves to play golf, travel, hike and ski in the mountains of Colorado. She also describes herself as a rabid Michigan State basketball fan.
